When a medical manufacturer needed to correct inaccuracies they were experiencing on reagent testing machine (liquid handler), they called on NSK. Our engineers determined that placement inaccuracy was caused because machine was using a low-torque motor with high-torque linear guide from a competitor. NSK Engineering advised that a linear guide designed with the ability to handle the low torque motor would solve the problem. The competitor’s product was removed and replaced with NSK’s PU and PE series linear guides.
