Don't realize is that the Pocket PC and the Palm don't really compete in the same space. Palm excels in areas that the Pocket PC can't touch and vice versa.
Pocket PCs are thicker and heavier; Palm batteries last far longer. Pocket PC aims to bring portability to applications that, to date, have required at least a notebook computer. Pocket PC owners are now the first and only PDA customersto be able to get the highest-speed mobile access via the Ricochet128Kbps network, essentially providing third-generation (3G) networkspeeds today. Palm's user interface is much simpler than Pocket PC's.
